Jan 4 - Business Meeting, St Andrews, 7:30-9:00, uniform, Dues $5,
Jan 8-10 - Wellington Area Venturee Extravaganza (WAVE) (Facebook page), Barber Scout Camp, Guelph, ON. $40. Sleep in tents outdoors. Katrina, Rebecca, Tim, Sean, Pat, Kristian, Ryan, Chris, Dave, Brian, Renate.
Jan 11 - Program night, 7:30-9:00 – bring Venturer handbook.
Jan 18 - Tobogganing, at Paulynn Park, Ravenscroft Rd north of Rossland, Ajax. Back up plan in case of no snow. Games night at St Andrews.

February 2010

Feb 1 - Business Meeting, St Andrews, 7:30-9:00, uniform, Dues $5,
Feb 8 - Program night, will include another bash at the by-laws, planning banquet, etc. St Andrew's, 7:30-9:00
Feb 15 - (Family Day) Oshawa Generals, 2:05 pm: Chad + 2, Rebecca +2
Feb 22 - Movie Night at Ben's. 7:00-9:30 Bill & Ted’s Adventure
Feb 28 - Baden Powell Banquet, St Andrew's. Prepare meal for participants. Set up 3:00 pm, Banquet 5:00 pm. Organizing committee: Katrina, Pat, Rebecca, Sean.

March 2010

Mar 1 - Business Meeting, St Andrews, 7:30-9:00, uniform, Dues $5,
Mar 5-7 – Samac Adventure Base Retreat, Trading Post, Adventure Base, Haliburton, ON. $35. Relax, enjoy the snow, play cards, read or whatever. Meet at Brian's at 5:00 pm. Travel time is 2.5 hours. Remember we are in a cabin (heated and electric lights) but there is a 30 minute walk in the bush to get from the parking area. Pack well and bring winter clothing! It is colder up north.(Katrina, Joe, Addy, Kristian, Sean, Tim, Becky, Rebecca, Pat, Chad, Cameron, Renate, Brian)

Jun 14 - Geocaching, Heber Down Conservation Area, 7-9. Meet at South gate, at top of Country Lane.
Jun 21 – Registration Deadline for early discount. Exams, no meeting
Jun 24-Jul 7 - Czech Republic Scouting experience, with side trips to Poland and Slovakia. Trip will include visit to Auschwitz, local castles, home hospitality and rustic camping experience with Czech Scouts. Estimate $1,200 per person. (Andrew, Donovan, John, Brad, Ryan, Joe, Brian, Renate)
