Genesis IX Nets Souvenir Door From Car Smash Event

Chad, Joe & Andrew get door from car smash event

When I arrived at Brian’s place to leave I found out that only 5 people in total were going to the camp, namely Brian, Renate, Chad, Andrew, and me, Joe. I was sceptical on how the camp would go thinking that it wouldn’t be that good; fortunately I was proven wrong on the most part.

It rained on the way to camp and Saturday morning but we were fine, nothing that smashing a car couldn’t fix. For the entire morning and about an hour after lunch Andrew, Chad, and I signed up for smashing the car they pulled out of the scrap yard. Any piece we broke off we got to keep and I spied the engine fan under the hood. I tried smashing the hood off with a sledgehammer that I could hardly hold, but I failed to open the hood and someone else got at the fan before I could go again.

And yet again Andrew attracted some attention from the girls with his knife but it didn’t last. Later that day we went to shoot the BB guns and messed around on the Zip-wire.

We packed it in for supper and later we sat by a huge campfire. Chad and I sat by the flames for at least 5 hours while Andrew went to see the movies. The next morning we just ate and left my first camp where I had only two other youth.
